Firm Rules

Consistency and Copy Trading Rules

There is no consistency rule for any program. Copy trading is allowed only between FundedNext challenge accounts and is not permitted during the funded phase. The total capital across all copy trading accounts must not exceed $300,000. Cloud-based third-party copier tools are not allowed. Copy trading between FundedNext accounts and external accounts is strictly prohibited.

Expert Advisors (EAs) Rules

Expert Advisors are allowed only on MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5. EAs must be customized to match the trader’s own strategy, and identical trades across multiple accounts are not allowed. Traders must choose either EA-based or manual trading and stick with it. Switching between EA and manual trading is not permitted.

Minimum Trading Days Requirements

Minimum trading day requirements depend on the challenge type. Stellar Lite and Stellar 2-Step challenges require at least five trading days. Stellar 1-Step requires a minimum of two trading days. FundedNext accounts have no minimum trading day requirement. Stellar Instant accounts also have no minimum trading days.

News Trading, Inactivity, and Weekend Rules

News trading is allowed on Stellar Instant, Stellar, and Stellar Lite accounts, but trades executed within five minutes before or after high-impact news are subject to a forty percent profit split. Logging in or placing one trade every thirty days is required to avoid inactivity. Weekend holding is allowed during evaluation but not allowed on funded or instant funding accounts. Crypto trading on weekends is not allowed.

Risk Limits and Funded Account Rules

Funded accounts must follow a three percent risk-per-trade guideline. Trades without a stop loss within three minutes are counted as full risk. Violations result in profit reductions and may lead to placement in the Disciplined Trader Program after repeated breaches.

Strategy Consistency and Account Conduct

Traders must use the same strategy and trading method during both the challenge and funded stages. Changing asset classes or significantly increasing risk after passing the challenge is not allowed. Risky behavior may result in reduced risk limits or account termination. Only one device with a unique IP should be used, and account rolling or buying multiple evaluations to sacrifice some accounts is strictly prohibited.

These include American Samoa, Antigua and Barbuda, Bangladesh, Belize, Bouvet Island, Burundi, Cape Verde, Chad, Comoros, Cook Islands, Eritrea, Fiji, Grenada, Malaysia, North Korea, Puerto Rico, Sri Lanka, Syria, Tuvalu, the United States of America, and Vietnam.
