Firm Rules
Consistency, Funded Limits, and Platforms
There is no consistency rule across programs. A user can hold a maximum of two funded accounts at any given time, while multiple Master (instant simulated) accounts are allowed. Trading the same markets at the same time across multiple accounts or holding opposite positions across accounts is strictly prohibited and may lead to account closure without a refund. Only MT5 and Match-Trader platforms are available for all Prestige Lite and Prestige Pro programs.
News Trading and Copy Trading Rules
News trading is allowed at all times, including during high-impact events, provided traders do not risk most or all of their account balance on a single news trade. Copy trading is strictly prohibited on FTP accounts, including opening identical positions on the same market at the same time. However, copying trades from personal or other prop firm accounts into a Funded Trading Plus account is allowed. Extended copy trading is also supported through Prop Firm One.
Expert Advisors and Prohibited Strategies
Expert Advisors, algorithms, and bots are allowed only on cTrader and MT5 platforms. Abusive strategies such as arbitrage, grid trading, or any form of cheating are strictly prohibited and may result in penalties or account termination.
Minimum Trading Days and Inactivity Rules
Prestige Lite (Static) and Prestige Pro programs require a minimum of three trading days, each with at least 0.5% profit. Other programs have no minimum trading day requirement. Evaluation and FT+ trader accounts will expire if there is no simulated trading activity for thirty consecutive days.
Risk Limits, Hedging, and Weekend Rules
There is a hard symbol loss limit of two percent per day for Prestige Lite and Prestige Pro programs, meaning losses on a single instrument cannot exceed this amount. Hedging is allowed within the same account but not across multiple accounts. Weekend holding is allowed on most programs, except Advance and Master Trader programs, where all trades must be closed by 4:30 PM EST on Friday. Weekend crypto trading is allowed on all programs.
Risk Reviews and Account Management
FT+ conducts risk reviews during evaluation passes, scaling, and withdrawal requests, focusing on margin usage and overall risk behavior. Only the account owner is allowed to trade, manage, and fund the account. Account sharing, third-party management, or using another person’s payment method is strictly prohibited and may result in KYC issues or account termination.
Restricted Countries
The service is not available in certain countries and regions due to regulatory restrictions. These include the Crimea region of Ukraine, Cuba, Iran, Myanmar (Burma), North Korea, Pakistan, regions of Ukraine including Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk, Syria, Ukraine, and Vietnam.
