AETOS Review Forex

The AETOS Group is made up of two organizations: the Australian-based AETOS Capital Group Ltd. and the UK-based Aetos Capital Group (UK) Ltd. Both are regulated by ASIC in Australia and the Financial Conduct Authority in the UK. The company has offices based in Sydney and London and provides financial services to more than 100 countries.

Trading Platforms

Clients with AETOS login credentials can access the financial markets using either MetaTrader 4 (MT4) or MetaTrader 5 (MT5), which are industry-leading technologies designed to optimise the trading experience.

MT4

AETOS REVIEW

MT4 is a hugely popular trading platform suited to traders with a variety of experience levels. This platform is delivered as downloadable software with one-click trading and offers the following:

  • Powerful technical analysis
  • Leading charting capabilities
  • Flexible order-transaction features
  • Mobile trading through the MT4 app
  • Automated and copy-trading with signal

The MT4 platform can also be accessed from a browser via the MT4 WebTrader. This offers the same advanced level of technical and drawing options, plus the full suite of trading operations from the native platform. The web platform is ideal for convenient trading and ensures robust data protection.

AETOS REVIEW

It also provides MT5 integration for its clients. Advanced traders may benefit from this platform, which provides access to a variety of useful tools, including:

  • More technical indicators, graphical objects, and timeframes than MT4
  • Automated trading Expert Advisors (EAs)
  • MT5 community chat functionality
  • Exchange data on time and sales

Assets

AETOS offers a wide range of financial instruments, including shares, CFDs (AU only), global indices such as the UK100 and HKG50, 27 currency pairs, both major and exotic, and metals like gold, silver, and copper. The broker would improve their rank in our review by adding cryptocurrency trading.

AETOS offers forex and CFD trading on energies, indices, metals, and more. In this review, we’ll talk about their product range as well as the MT4 trading platform. We’ll also discuss the deposit joining bonus to help you decide whether AETOS is right for you!

Aetos was set up in 2007, with offices in Sydney and London. They provide financial services to residents of over 100 countries around the world.

The Australian-based Aetos Capital Pty Group Ltd is regulated by ASIC, while its UK counterpart is regulated by FCA. Both are reputable organizations that oversee different aspects of a company’s operations, ensuring compliance with conduct laws that protect investors from abuse or fraud carried out by companies they invest in.

AETOS offers relatively low-cost trading and tight spreads. For the general account, the typical EUR/USD spread is 1.8 pips, which drops to 1.2 pips with the advanced account for a credit card deposit of €500 or more per month (plus withdrawals). However, we would have liked to see lower spreads between live accounts offered by AETOS, as other large brokers offer close-to-zero spreads for this type of customer service level. br>br> The broker also charges an overnight open position fee, which is fairly standard by industry standards at around $10 USD but can be waived if you fund your account with a minimum amount every day.

The AETOS Group offers leveraged trading to its customers. The Australian branch can offer up to 1:200 leverage on forex and 1:100–1:400 leverage on energy, indices, metals, and shares. Meanwhile, the UK branch has a maximum of 1:30 for products depending on volatility, in line with European guidelines.

The MT4 platform is available as a mobile app on Android, iPhone, and tablet devices. Clients can trade with a single click and enjoy excellent functionality compared with the desktop version. MT5 also has an application for iOS and Android that comes complete with all of its features! It even includes chat functions and push notifications, so you don’t miss anything while trading on the go.

Deposits

AETOS traders are required to deposit a minimum of $250 into the general account and $1,000 into the advanced account. Clients can pay for their trading accounts by wire transfer, Visa credit card, or digital wallets like Skrill or Neteller. Wire transfers take 1–5 business days, while other methods take up to 1 business day. The clients’ payment method is free of charge if it’s not Visa, though!.

Withdrawals

To start the withdrawal process, traders should log in to their trade account and select the withdraw function. Payments can be processed by wire transfer, taking up to 5 business days, but clients are charged $25 if no valid trading activity is registered on their account. Note that many brokers require traders to verify their identity before payments can be processed.

AETOS offers a 14-day demo account where clients can trade using $10,000 in virtual funds. Clients can practice trading forex and CFDs during this time. The simulator is an excellent way to test the MT4 platform, customer support tools, and functionality of it’s trading tools.

Output: AETOS gives you access to their demo account for 14 days with $10K in virtual funds so that you can train yourself on how to use our MT4 platform as well as test customer support features. The simulation is an excellent opportunity for testing purposes, which includes our platform’s technical capabilities, among other things like its usability or performance.

The Australian branch is currently offering a redeemable deposit bonus where you can make up to $20,000 depending on how much money you deposit. The promotion becomes redeemable if clients meet the volume trading requirements within 7 months or open an account with AETOS. The UK branch does not offer any kind of bonuses due to European restrictions on retail trading incentives at the present time

AETOS is regulated by various authorities: the ASIC, FCA, VFSC, and CIMA. The Australian arm is licensed by the Australian Securities and Investment Commission, which includes membership in the Financial Services Complaints Authority for disputes between clients and firms. The UK arm of AETOS has been granted licenses from FCA as well as negative balance protection so that losses are avoided if commissions are not recuperated in full upon return requests or other scenarios where funds have proven insufficient during a time period.
Additionally, AETOS holds licenses with VFSC and CIMA.

AETOS, the company at hand, offers an economic calendar for market news and updates, along with regular articles that offer commentary. The broker also uploads educational webinars to YouTube and posts weekly investment roundups on their website. Trading with AETOS is made more accessible thanks to the technical strategies offered by Trading Central, which fuse AI-based technology investments with analyst expertise in order to provide traders with support when making decisions.

The general account from X offers a low minimum deposit, trading volume of 0.01 lots, and rapid market execution to meet the needs of both new investors and experienced traders. The Advanced account is for high-net-worth clients who must make a larger deposit in return for more competitive spreads on larger positions. Clients can also apply via the website for a professional account if they satisfy criteria such as having an active trading frequency maintained over the past year or being employed in finance professionally beforehand with a strong portfolio added to that experience.

Clients of AETOS have the following advantages:

  • The MT4 and MT5 trading platforms provide a straightforward way to invest.
  • They also offer deposit-joining bonuses from their Australian branch.
  • Global broker with licensing from FCA and ASIC, making them highly respected in this industry.

AETOS has a few flaws of its own

  • There’s no cryptocurrency trading or shares for the UK branch
  • The demo account is limited to 14 days.

AETOS is a regulated forex and CFD broker that has much to offer both novice and advanced traders. Among its assets are reasonable spreads, a strong deposit bonus incentive in Australia, plus MT4 and MT5 downloads. AETOS could improve in our review by offering a wider asset range with their Advanced account for more competitive spreads

Customer Support

AETOS has locations in both Sydney and London. This broker also has a reliable live chat function and a feedback center available via their Contact Us form. The broker does not offer email support.
