Top 5 Best TopTier Trader Alternatives for Online Traders (2026 Guide)
TopTier Trader alternatives are needed because TopTier Trader no longer exists under that name: toptiertrader.com now redirects to TX3 Funding, a firm we do not review and therefore will not recommend. The best TopTier Trader alternative is FTMO, the established two-step evaluation firm we would use instead.
TopTier Trader rebranded to TX3 Funding. Type toptiertrader.com today and you land on tx3funding.com — the old brand is gone, and the terms, platforms and discount codes written about TopTier may no longer describe what you would be buying. We do not review TX3 Funding, so we will not send you there. These are the 5 firms we do review.
Why are traders leaving TopTier Trader?
This one is not a collapse. It is a rebrand, which is a different problem: the name on the tin changed and the thing inside may have changed with it.
The brand no longer exists
toptiertrader.com now redirects to tx3funding.com/en/fx and serves TX3 Funding branding. There is no TopTier Trader to sign up with. Checked 12 October 2026.
We do not review TX3 Funding
A rebrand is not a recommendation. We have not put TX3 Funding through our own process, so we will not point you at it — not because we think badly of it, but because we have nothing to tell you about it that we have checked ourselves.
Old terms and discount codes may not match
Our TopTier Trader review describes the business as it operated under that name and is kept for reference rather than maintained. The platform line-up has already moved: the review records MT5 and A-Trader, while the TX3 site advertises MatchTrader. Treat any TopTier pricing, split or coupon you find anywhere as out of date until you have confirmed it on the live site.
The entity question is the one worth asking
TX3 presents TX3 Markets as the sister broker behind the programme. Before paying for a challenge, look up which company actually holds client funds and where it is registered. That is not something a review site can confirm on your behalf, and it matters more after a change of brand than at any other time.

Which are the best TopTier Trader alternatives?
FTMO
FTMO is the firm our TopTier Trader review already points traders at, with the reason spelled out on that page: we do not yet review TX3 Funding, so we will not point you at it, and FTMO is the established two-step evaluation firm we would use instead. It has not changed its name once since 2015.
Pros
- Trading since 2015 under one name; Trustpilot 4.8 from 52.7K reviews, 92% five-star (read 23 Sep 2026)
- Two named Czech companies with business IDs on a public register, FTMO s.r.o. (031 36 752) and FTMO Evaluation Global s.r.o. (092 13 651)
- FTMO Group owns the broker OANDA outright, so the entity question answers itself
- No time limit on either evaluation; 2-Step fee refunded with your first reward
Cons
- The 1-Step maximum loss trails your highest end-of-day balance
- A Best Day rule caps your single best day at 50% of total positive-day profit on the 1-Step
- The 2-Step needs at least 4 trading days in each phase, where TX3 advertises none
The5ers
If the draw was the scaling ladder — TX3 advertises funding up to $2 million — The5ers goes further, to $500,000 on High Stakes and Pro Growth and $4,000,000 on Hyper Growth. Entry is $19 for the $2,500 High Stakes Classic two-step evaluation, with the fee refunded on the funded account.
Pros
- Scales to $4,000,000 on Hyper Growth, double the TX3 headline
- Israel-based and funding traders under one name since 2016
- Trustpilot 4.7 from 37,586 reviews (read 16 Sep 2026)
- Static drawdown rather than trailing; splits open at 80% and reach 100%
Cons
- Withdrawals can only be requested every two weeks, first request 14 days after funding
- 100% sits only at the top of the scaling ladder
- The 3-Step Bootcamp is charged twice, on entry and again on passing
FXIFY
TopTier sold itself as broker-backed, and TX3 still does, presenting TX3 Markets as the sister broker. FXIFY makes the same claim and is the one where you can see what sits behind it: it is part of an established FX group rather than a broker created alongside the prop firm.
Pros
- Broker-backed by a group with its own liquidity, not a reseller layer
- On-demand first payout from $50, then bi-weekly
- Trustpilot 4.3 from 6,281 reviews, rated Great (read 24 Sep 2026)
- One, two and three-phase routes, mirroring what TopTier offered; a 100% refund is advertised, so check the trigger on the plan you buy
Cons
- Founded 2023, so the record is short next to FTMO or The5ers
- Drawdown limits and consistency rules differ by plan, so read the one you buy
- Lower-rated reviews cluster around price-feed disputes
BrightFunded
BrightFunded runs the 1-Step and 2-Step routes TopTier traders will recognise, on MT5, cTrader and DXtrade, and pays 80% by default, rising to 90% after the first scale-up, with approved payouts settled within 24 hours. Drawdown is fixed rather than trailing.
Pros
- 80% split by default and 90% after the first scale-up; 100% only after a third scale-up, which takes twelve months at minimum
- Approved payouts settled within 24 hours by USDC or bank transfer; the cycle is bi-weekly, with the first request 30 days after your first funded trade
- Static drawdown on the 2-Step plans and no consistency rule on any program
- Named Dubai HQ with hubs in Amsterdam and Warsaw
Cons
- Trustpilot has suppressed its public score over a guidelines breach tied to removed fake reviews
- Its own published figures move around: five different lifetime payout totals inside twelve months, and two different active-trader counts on the same panel
- Founded 2023, so there is little long-run payout history
- Several 1-star reviews cite account breaches for hedging — keep strategies single-account
FunderPro
TX3 advertises no minimum trading days; FunderPro is close, with a one-phase evaluation that asks for three trading days and sets no time limit, scaling to $5 million. FunderPro Ltd is registered in Malta, company number C 104558, while the simulated trading service itself is provided by FunderPro Saint Lucia Ltd.
Pros
- One-phase evaluation with a three-day minimum and no time limit
- Scales to $5,000,000, against the $2,000,000 TX3 advertises
- FunderPro Ltd is registered in Malta, company number C 104558
- Zero commission, $0 per lot, across instruments on TradeLocker and cTrader
Cons
- The entity that actually provides the simulated trading sits in Saint Lucia, not the Malta company whose registration number is advertised
- Founded 2023, so there is little long-run payout history
- 80% split by default; 90% only with a paid upgrade
What is the best alternative to TopTier Trader in 2026?
FTMO is the answer our own TopTier page already gives, and the reasoning is the point: after a rebrand the question is no longer what the rules are, it is who you are contracting with. FTMO names two companies and their registration numbers and owns its own broker. If you want the bigger ceiling, The5ers scales to $4M; if you want the broker-backed structure TopTier sold, FXIFY delivers it with a broker you can look up.
None of this says TX3 Funding is a bad firm. It says we have not checked it, and a review site that recommends firms it has not checked is worth nothing. If you do go to TX3, the single thing worth doing first is finding out which entity holds client funds and where it is registered. See our full best prop firms ranking, or compare the top two in FTMO vs The5ers.
What else should traders ask about TopTier Trader alternatives?
Is TopTier Trader still operating?
Not under that name. TopTier Trader rebranded to TX3 Funding, and toptiertrader.com now redirects to tx3funding.com/en/fx with TX3 branding. The business continues; the brand you were looking for does not. Checked 12 October 2026.
Is TX3 Funding the same company as TopTier Trader?
It is the same business under a new name, trading since 2021 on its own figures, with TX3 Markets presented as the sister broker. We have not reviewed TX3 Funding ourselves, so we do not make any claim about its current rules, payouts or licensing.
Why will you not recommend TX3 Funding?
Because we have not checked it. Our TopTier Trader review describes the firm as it operated under the old name and is no longer maintained, so recommending the new brand on the strength of the old review would be recommending something we have not examined.
Do my old TopTier Trader discount codes still work?
Assume not. The rebrand means older reviews and discount codes may no longer match the current terms. Confirm any code, price or split on the live site before paying, rather than trusting a figure quoted on any review page, ours included.
What is the best TopTier Trader alternative?
FTMO, which our own TopTier review names, for a decade under one brand and two named companies you can look up. The5ers, FXIFY, BrightFunded and FunderPro are also covered here.
How do I judge a prop firm after it rebrands?
Find out which legal entity holds client funds and where it is registered, then check whether the published rules still match what the old reviews describe. A rebrand often comes with a change of broker, platform or terms — TopTier was documented on MT5 and A-Trader, while the TX3 site advertises MatchTrader.
