The maximum position size per order is fifty lots for FX and indices, and twenty lots for XAUUSD. Each trading evaluation must be completed independently, and results from one evaluation cannot be used to support another.
There is a limit of one hundred orders that can be placed at one time. Traders are allowed up to two thousand order or stop-loss and take-profit modifications per day. The total maximum number of positions opened per day is also limited to two thousand.
Using the full daily drawdown on a single trade is not allowed. If prohibited trading behavior is detected, the firm may reduce risk exposure to a maximum of one percent per trade idea or time period. Violations of risk rules may result in termination and a refund of the evaluation fee for the affected account.
Hedging across multiple accounts, even if owned by the same trader, is strictly prohibited. Traders must ensure that no more than fifty percent of their trades are held for less than one minute, to prevent high-frequency or abusive trading behavior.
Copy trading is allowed only between accounts owned by the same trader, including personal accounts and E8 Trader accounts. Copying trades between multiple E8 evaluation accounts is not allowed. Expert Advisors are permitted, but identical strategies used by multiple users may result in account termination. Traders are encouraged to use their own custom EAs.
News trading is allowed during the evaluation stage and the E8 Signature Funded stage, but not on the E8 One Funded stage within five minutes before or after high-impact news. Overnight and weekend trading is not allowed in the Signature Program. Accounts inactive for sixty days will be disabled without refund.
